It started with cold and mild temperature next day and mild head ache and slowly light cough also and in the mucus which I got in early morning after waking up was little bit slimy in texture and it had little blood in it only once I found blood and throughout the day it was normal mucus like regular? So what does it mean? Is this a severe issue? What should I do now?

Start taking tab montair lc once in day along with paracetamol in case of fever for 5 days small amount of blood in mucus can be due to some gingivitis or some sort of nasal bleed local examination needed to be done to rule out associated conditions.
