Hi I suspect my friend is taking insulin though he's non diabetic. But he's pretending as if he's not using them. Is there anyway to find out if he's using insulin or not?

If a normal indvidual takes insulin then blood sugar goes critically down or precipitate hypoglycemia. It could be fatal sometimes. Hypoglycemia symptoms are palpitations, tremors, sweating, confusion etc in sever case coma and death. Without diabetologist or physicians prescription it is difficult to get insulin injections. Imo he is not taking insulin.
