Been having heart related problems. I think I will have a heart attack. My back spikes in different part and in middle of back. My chest spikes in different parts also in the middle and my heart hurts to me. Went to the cardiologist and got an ecg and ultrasound and he said tha my heart is normal. Im afraid im going to get a heart attack ad my bom goes up very high. Im very in tension. I get dizzy spells, feel like im going to faint, brain zaps, and when I lie down sometimes I get like a needle pain in chest or throat but its so fast and so string. Help me please! idk what to do as when I get short breath all these happen later, I get sweat, numbness of whole body ect. Im a smoker 25 years old.
