Please kindly give me the list of foods and fruits that can be had in thyroid and diabetes. Does yoga help to cure.

You should avoid sugars, solid fats, fruit juices or cold drinks, refined cereals like maida if you have diabetes. Don't have too much of rice and suji, fruits like banana, chickoo, litchi, grapes and mangoes and vegetables like aloo, arbi etc you can include plenty of vegetables (other than patatoes, sweet patatoes etc) and healthy proteins in diet like eggs, chicken, fish or roasted chana, dals etc. For thyroid you need to take care of foodstuffs with goitrogens. Goitrogens are substances that disrupt the production of thyroid hormones by interfering with iodine uptake in the thyroid gland. So, avoid peanuts and soyabean if you have hypothyroidism. Don't have too much of cauliflower, broccoli or any other cruciferous veg etc too yes, yoga might help in throid.
