My age 30, last week I joined gym I want to improve my diet plan to build muscles without any powder. My current diet plan 5: 30 am: 1 bowl soaked nuts 6: 30 am: gym 1 hour 1 body part each day 8: 00 am: 1 big bowl milk oats with nuts and 2 apple 11: 00 am: 1 bowl watermelon 1 pm: two small bowl rice with 500 ml butter milk 4 pm: green tea 5 pm: roasted gran 7: pm: fried soya chunks/ paneer 9: pm: milk anything I need to improve in diet. Thanks.

Share your exercise routine, what all exercise you are doing? Apart from that you daily routine activity and work pressure (nature of work). Kcal and protein intake depends on that too. As well we can do constitution check and accordingly you can go further.
