I am about 40+ years male. Mostly sedentary lifestyle. Since 2020 summer, I started developing running nose almost most of the daytime, and sneezing sometimes. I suspected this to be rhinitis or hay fever since the symptoms are the same. I took alerfix m tablet once in 3 days or a week for relief. When medicine fades away, I sneeze and cough often and my lungs gives wheezing sound during breathing. After taking the alerfix m medicine, everything seem perfect.
