THANK YOU (ADVANCE) Sr I'm suffering from constipation nd rashes simultaneously I just went to gujrat to attend a marriage so due to drinking water impurity my intestine might have got choked up Moreover to get rid of constipation I eat myogell 200 and so I think I have developed rashes on mah face Also I think I should consume spinach I have chana ke lote ka allergy and height mentioned isn't sure please plz please plz please plz HELP.
