I am 29 years old female. Many times, I have severe left leg calf pain plus tingling and burning sensation in the left foot. At times, I have swelling in my feet. In a very recent blood test, my hba1c level was 4.5, serum creatinine was 0.70, urine albumin was 3.7 mg/l, urine albumin to creatinine ratio is 12.3 microgm/mg, urine total protein is less than 10.0 mg/dl urine creatinine is 30.11 mg/dl so, what will be the spot protein creatinine ratio? And is everything normal? Do I need to investigate anything further? Thank you.
