I have back pain since 2 months on left side of my buttock so I got an mri done. Report says that I have minimal sclerosis along si joint more on the left compared to the right. Please tell me what has happened. What treatment I should take or should I have to do more tests?

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat stretch.
