I am a 21 year old female and have been experiencing pain in my right lower leg. It has been a little over 5 months since my back started aching and as weeks passed, it travels down to my buttocks, knees and ankle. My question is should I decrease my time doing work because I have an 8 hour shift at work and I stand for all 8 hours. After my 8 hour shift the pain on my right leg will start and I will feel numbness and tingling.
