Backache from last 21 days. What should I do? I to sit long hours in office. Please suggest some stretching exercises that can be done in office.

Long sitting is your problem firstly tk break between work after one hour and do walk stretching exercise like spine extension hold 10 seconds then release ok do at least 2 to 5 in a time bridging exercise lying supine position on the bed ya floor bend your knees and lift your back same hold and release process at home.
