I have a testicular pain since last month. I have no urine pain and no infection but just slightly pain in testis. Last week I went to urologist he checked and said everything is normal. But still. I have a pain and when I do masturbate the sperms quantity was not like before and its watery sperm and if I do masturbate on the very next day the sperm quantity are much lower. Now continuously pain in testis and lower bladder.
