My mom is suffering from knee pain due to wear and tear and she is currently using aceclofenac and paracetamol tablet with dosage of 1 in the morning. Can this be used in long run? Will it have any side effects. She has diabetes and bp. What are the other options available to cure knee issue apart from operation?

Send her x ray of knee. Counslt to physio and do exercises regular. Avoid cross leg sitting, stair climbing, ground sitting. Apply hot pack and anlgesic gel on knee. Thnks.
