I am a 40 years old diabetic patient Since last 8 years and my latest creatinine level is 1.4 mg/dl and also my fasting blood sugar is 119 mg/dl, pp is 108 mg/dl, HBA1c is 5.7 mg/dl. I take medicine Semi reclimet half an hour each before breakfast and dinner and also take medicine surbex Gold after breakfast, last few days I face some problems like going to urine when I drink tea or water and also feel some weakness. Now please tell me how to control my creatinine level and also tell why it is happen and is this any relation with kidney disease? If so than Please give the medicine of this disease? What diet we should follow in kidney disease?

Marginal increase in creatinine can also occur due to dehydration. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Also check your 24 hour urine protein values along with acr. This will give a better idea about your kidney function.
