Hello doctor my husband has high cholesterol since last year total 275 ldl 179 trcy 206. We had taken rozavelf 20 for last 1 year cholesterol had reduced but we stopped medicine cholesterol will increase again. So rozavel f20 is a life long medicine this medicine has any long term side effects like liver issues, muscles pain etc. please help me. He 41 year old.

It has side effects, but you should still not stop taking medications as higher levels of cholesterol might cause bigger problems like mi. Dose can be changed depending on the cholesterol levels. You can take a consultation and get tested every 6 months.
