Hi there doctor, I am a 52 year old male. I woke up with extreme burning sensation, in my head. Not an actual headache itself. My head felt like it was on fire. Everything felt like it was burning. Strange and scary. Never had anything like this before. I do have server dehydration problems since january 2021, when I had a severe case of cavity, with breathing problems. I have also had severe acid reflux issues, that forces a person to wake up, and my throat feels like it is on fire, and like it is "rusted" also, since the cavity, I often get a sharp pain shooting up the left side of my neck, paralyzing me for well over a minute. A bit like a nerve pain. This sensation that I had this morning was like the severe burning experienced with a bad case of acid reflux. I looked in the mirror. Everything looked ok. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
