Hello mam/sir, i'm 22 years old guy. Currently facing some issues. Currently facing little breathing problem, like I can't breathe in that much air which I used to breathe in before. Facing lil bit of rapid breathing and having a little pain (when I touch or press that particular point, only that time I feel pain) in the middle of my chest area (6 inch lower from the throat). And sir/mam, I used to smoke cigarettes. I'm unable to understand anything, please explain.

The site you are mentioning could be an epigastric pain. You may try an anacid which can give some relief. The breathlessness could also be related to the pain. The pain as well as breathlessness is unlikely to be related to your smoking.(considering your age. However, breathlessness could be related to pollution or allergy also.
