I am having constipation, perhaps 2nd degree piles also. What shall I do ? This is since 15 years. I am scared of colonoscopy and procedures etc.

Chronic constipation will increase your piles. Definite treatment is surgery//infrared coagulation/cryosurgery are advanced painless/safe/effective procedures. For constipation increase your fiber intake/green leefy vegetables/salads/ avoid bakery items-white bread white flour/maida. Take laxher powder 10 gms twice a day with 200 ml water for constipation.
