Post-fracture Physiotherapy is required for stiff muscles and joint mobility. If the patient is having joint stiffness or mysclar tightness or any problem in pain free movement of hand then Physiotherapy is required. If the patient is feeling ok in all movements of the effected hand then it's ok.
