These methods are helpful you in • Take half teaspoon of haldi in one glass milk daily. This will reduce inflammation of your joints.
• Take 100 gm jaggery (gur) and 30 gm of dry ginger powder mix it and make 5 gm tablets and take a tablet daily with water in morning after meal.
• If you have pain in joint massage it with lukewarm oil daily.
• Move your joint daily and do some muscle streching exercise. This will reduce stiffness in your joints.
• Avoid junk food and eat healthy food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits daily.
