Very first time I am going to take spectra 10 mg capsule for depression and severe insomnia. But I noticed that 3 mg to 6 mg is only safe to take and how can we split 10 mg capsule to 6 mg or 3 mg. So can I take 10 mg as such. Will this 10 mg cause and adverse effects.
