Have been suffering from gi issues for more than 4 months. Lost 18 kgs. Symptoms: post prandial diarrhea, epigastric burning, chest heart burn. Endoscopy found les lax, antral & body gastritis, grade a esophagitis. Gastric biopsy: chronic inactive gastritis. H pylori absent. Lamina propria: plasma cells and lymphocytes are seen. Celiac biopsy was done earlier, it was negative. What are the causes other than h pylori and celiac disease for lymphoplasmacytic gastritis? What should be tested further? I'm just looking for information. I'm currently only taking fomacid (2 x 20 mg) and gaviscon after meals.
