I am 42 years old man. Suddenly my hemoglobin drop to 4.5.all blood test done .b12, iron normal. Wbc 11200. Mild leukocytosis. Reoccurring cough from past one month. What could be the reason for so less hemoglobin? I don't want to go for bone marrow test. Is there any other test which can help in diagnosing the problem.

Dear sir please share any other reports. Blood sugar, complete cbc, kft, urine protein and lft. If hemoglobin is 4.5 you need a blood transfusion even before finding out the cause. Pleae visit the nearest centre for the same. Take care.
