Hi I am 23 years old female. I have been a swimmer and a badminton player. I was plumpy throughout but not much now since I have left the game completely I have gained weight very much specially on arms and stomach tyres. My stomach fat z divided into two parts. Abdomen tyre and stomach. I had thyroid checkup but there z no thyroid I have tries exercising also but I dont reduce. I dont sweat except from my face since childhood. Cardio exercise dint help me much. Kindly suggest me something to reduce. My weight.
