I'm diabetic since 2005 and taking glympride 1 & metformin 500 twice a day. Sugar levels are under control. The only problem is with fasting blood sugar which is mostly above 145. Later it's below 130 for the whole day. Pl. Suggest if I can manage my fasting blood sugar levels. Thanx.

Drink plenty of water. Use unrefined foods. Take extra protein. Use healthy fat. These are basic but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.
