I lost my brother in law doctors said the cause was heart attack. I still can't believe. He felt uneasy having pain in both arms he felt like there was gas which troubling him though his bp was normal but he was diabetic also. Seeking relief he took kayam churna in empty stomach and then had lemon water with soda n black salt. And after that he died all of sudden at home itself. Were that kayam churna n lemon water be a cause of sudden heart attack? Can any doctor let me know the cause.
