Can lhermitte sign be positional. I have been very anxious and have over the last few months i've moved by neck forcibly which has caused me to feel pain as also sometimes buzz in groin /right leg etc. This is not continuous and doesn't happen every time I bend my neck. I almost know what position to be in to evoke this sensation. Could I have damaged my own neck?
