Hello Dr. This is pardeep mehta I am having low back stiffness last from more than a year. I am doing yoga daily but it can't helps me effectively. My case is actually I dmt have pain only stiffness and numbness at my low low back and hips area only. I can't sit for long time and moreover can't stand for more time at the same place. Can not drive so much. And I am feeling jatka like feeling every time at my low back. I had jerk so many times at my low back also. What should I do?

You must consult physiotherapist. They will help you relieve your low back stiffness by certain techniques. You may relieve your stiffness by putting hot pack on your back for 15 to 20 mins (advise to put hot packs wrap in towel to avoid burns). However, seek help from physio.
