I'm 16 year old male and I have small like pimples on scrotum (about 5-6). I have used some ointment it works slowly and about 3 pimples are starting repaired and but the others aren't recover. What can I do now? I have this problem for last 1 month. I have used neosporin powder but it doesn't had anany effect then I used eclospan that is better but it works slowly and now it doesn't do anything I think.
