Hi I am a mother of two months old baby and I wanted to put off my extra weight like 3 to 5 kilos naturally without doing any exercises or taking any weight loss pills so I got to know more intake of water reduces body fat. And some advised me to not to drink more water at the time of post delivery so I'm confused with it so please advise me with your solution.

Till you are breastfeeding your child, do not attempt much weight loss. Your hormones will work against the efforts to lose weight. And you need nutrition from food for both of you. For next few months eat more salad and less sugar and sweet food. Do not worry about water intake. Just drink as much as you want. Drinking more water will not stop hunger or melt your excess weight. After feeding is stopped, you can consult again. You are not interested in exercise currently as you may be quite busy in your routine, but it would be quite helpful in long term weight loss as well your health to do some form of exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Best wishes.
