Sir, since from last 17 years I am suffering from diabetes. Now a days I am taking metformin hydrochloride & glimepiride tables glimp-m2 500 mg, glimpride 2 mg. After breakfast 1 & 1/2, after lunch 1 and night 1 tablet. My sugar level is 120 before meal and 148 after meal. But I feeling too weak and tired. My wait is 73 kg and hight is 5' 9" and 56 year old. Kindly advise me a good medicine so that I can overcome from tiredness and weakness.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. If the fasting blood glucose 120 mg & pp is 148 mg, then you have very good control. Please check the hba1c% also as well as lipid profile. At the above mentioned levels there should be no weakness felt. Because in a well controlled diabetes patient generally feels very healthy and active. There a need to know following details: hba1c%, lipid profile, cbc, vitamin d3 level, serum creatinine & urea. Plus your dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. So please do come back with all the information. Looking at those details I will be able to give some guidelines. Thanks.

I personnally advise not to take three times above tablets take them two times 20 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Then recheck after 10 days both fasting and pp blood sugar. For weakness check vitamin d3 and vitamin b12. Revert me reports. Then contact with me on line by paid audio consultation.
