I am checking bp using digital monitor in my home it?s showing normal where as with the hospital I am checking he is using mercury device which is showing my bp value is high .so which one we can trust? I am having confusion in this kindly clarify.

Your blood pressure reading at the hospital may be higher due to some psychological factor than the reading at your home. It's called white coat hypertension because the health care professionals who measure your blood pressure sometimes wear white coats. You ignore the first reading in the hospital and the second reading will be stable and realistic.
