From the last 3 months I have been suffering from severe pain my back and in joints of my both the knees. Using pain killers like parate tomol, aceclofenac,tramadol etc. But of no use after 12 hours. Please suggest best medicines for permanent relief. Thank you

Please consult and take physiotherapy treatment and add nutritional supplements to your diet.(please take nutritionist/dietitian advices. Diet chart). Regarding best medicine. Please consult orthopaedic doctor. But compulsorily take good/ best correct diet. Or nutrition is required. It's very important. For this please ask nutritionist. For good information and explanation.
