In case of fatty liver 
Avoid : tea coffee and spicy oily , fatty food also avoid alcohol 
Taken diet like : green veg , crud’s , roti and salad 
I have  prescribe one homeopathic medicine twice two time a day 
Rx

Within 1 month your problem mostly cure
