If you were able to recover from pcos by just changing and regulating your diet, then the problem was not deep and hence you need not worry. With nml periods, hormones, your chances of fertility are probably good. Unless your follicular study also indicates good ovulation and at appropriate times. While having said that, there are women who despite having regular periods, normal hormonal values and ovaries and uterus, who are unable to get pregnant. That is without any apparent problems and causes also, infertility is seen. So if you haven't yet tried pregnant or there is no indication of any problem, relax and let it go. Just stay healthy and happy as you did with yur diet change and you should be fine!

If your menses are regular and you have been ovulating regularly then infertility due to ovarian causes is unlikely.
