Good evening have taken vitamin d3 (60k) tablet for consecutive four days by mistake, please suggest what to do.

Hello, sir. Taking too much vitamin d3 can cause increased calcium in your blood leading to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure, frequent passing of urine etc. If you develop any of the above symptoms you should visit a physician without any delay. Although in your case it is unlikely to cause any serious damage in such short term, but I would still recommend you to look for any side effects or symptoms that appear. Please be careful before taking any medicines from next time. I would suggest you to drink adequate amount of water daily. Hope that was helpful, thank you.
