I did heavy workout and lost almost 10 kgs in the year 2018 but problem is that I was taking less food and stress all the time. And possibly that's why I got high blood sugar. That I got to know when I began to saw ants in my urine. However, I was only 17! I read over internet that kidney gets damage and that's why people get sugar in urine. Well, I stopped doing workout later and I don't get high blood sugar anymore, of course not in urine. My recent diabetic screen test, done in last month was normal. Also, rft report was also normal. Can I say now, that my kidneys are fine and not damaged? However I am paranoid because I read over internet that kidney damage can't be reversed.
