I suffered a heart attack few months back thereafter undergone angioplasty. My age is 50yrs. Can you please clarify, whether I should avoid Cow Ghee, cashew nut completely. Some people says Cow Ghee is good in small quantity (half a spoon daily).

You can take homemade ghee (sajuk yup), but avoid cashew nut.

Yes you can have good fats and cow ghee is one of the good fats, do take only a spoon per day, other good fats are nuts including cashew nuts which uplift the mood too, these cashew nuts are anti depressents also! take only few per day, but never fry any nuts or sprinkle salt on them for taste.
