Its been almost 1 year, and after my first meal of the day, generally a normal indian breakfast at 9: 00 am I feel hyper acidity by 10: 30 am, with feels like burning sensation in throat and acid reflux. I drink plenty of water which soothes the feeling, but now a days it is getting 3-4 times a week. Is it the symptoms for gerd? What medication should I take to avoid or what changes in routine are recommended?
