Hi doctor I am 22 years old male weight 64 kgs. I am experiencing pain in penis a very dull pain which comes and goes from past 2 months. I got my abdomen ultrasound and urine microscopic check and the reports were normal. I also got indigestion thing too for which doctor prescribed ranitidine for 5 days. But now after 10 days of my reports I am getting pain in penis head and area around penis and testes which comes for 10-20 seconds and goes but its constant from 3 days. Please help.
