Male 45 years old. Have been having feverish feeling for quite sometime now with extreme fatigue and bit of nausea as well. No fever at all. Normal temp. Or even less at times. The symptoms are more during early morning and night. My eyes get tired with fatigue by 9p. M or so. Request remedies / suggestion to address the same.

Please get a cbc and a fasting and pp blood sugar done. Sinc you are diabetic, this will give more clarity take care.
