Hello doctor, my head is very tight and didn't feel blood is flowing some times I feel my head is soo weight, then I thought to use dermaroller then I feel my head is free up and after some time the head weight is as it is for this problem which doctor I need to consult neurologist or any other type of doctors.

Hello sir upon your complain I am thinking about the you have heavy head and may I know do you have any other symptoms? I am suspecting the you have tension type headaches but still I have to investigation further more, such as time ,location ,relieving facto ,exacerbating factor ,do you have any post trauma or any surgery? And do you have any co-morbid condition ?? After ward I a can say that you have to consult neurologist or not, because sometimes we paid more as compared to the our illnesses and that problem is just minor due to the lifestyle or lake of the sleep, regarding your problem please consult and start from basic treatment if it is more severe than general physician will tell you please consult specialist or else he will treat you well if it just matter of headache we are here for guid you and help to give you best quality of the life.
