I am asking about my aunty who is facing a major problem of joints pain and treatment is going on with physiotherapy ayurveda doctor and neurosurgeon for allopathic medicine on side basis. She used to do yoga everyday but due to nerves pain and blood circulation in legs not flowing profusely due to which she feels leg pains and toes and fingers gets turned out side by side. She is facing this major problem for the last many years and lots of treatment she has undergone but to no avail.

Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin. Heat therapy heat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff area. It can help with muscle pain and bonny pain. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle.
