Suman ji, Thanks for the query. First thing is what is the need for giving Dexona(Dexamethazone) tablets in a diabetes patient. Because it is a very strong glucocorticoid that has strong blood glucose increasing action. Because of that diabetes control will be upset. Since no other details are given like age of the patient, HbA1c%, fasting & PP glucose levels, reason for giving the steroid what are the comorbid conditions patient has.
