I am a 26 years old male. I do not know how to put this, I have been feeling brain fog for a long time (7 yrs) due to my poor posture habit (which I realized only recently. When I was 19 I got a laptop. Since then I have been using it lying down on my bed with laptop besides me, my neck bending forward, a pillow on the back of my neck for the support (i hope you can picture it). I used to spend at least 10 hours per day in that posture for 7 years except in some occasions, until 2 months ago I got to know about the real reason. It started with memory loss at the beginning. And over the span of 7 years more symptoms began to appear and getting severe, like losing mental clarity, searching for words while talking, difficulty to think, difficulty in processing information and inability to concentrate. I even feel difficulty in reading. I am even typing this with great difficulty. If anyone really understands my problem, please help me feel normal again. I can't live like ths anymore. Please help.
