I have asthma from the age of 9. For the last two years I am suffering from breathlessness upon the slightest exertion or merely on going up two to three rounds of stairs. I often get blurred vision even though I use spectacles. Of late I have been experiencing tingling sensation in my chest / heart recurring four to five in a day lasting for few minutes. I got vaccinated for covid 19 on he 3rd of june 2021. Post vaccination I have been suffering from stitching pain behind my ears extending to my throat which increases when I lie down. The pain subsides once I start moving but comes back later. I use budamate 200 and duolin inhalers one puff twice daily. I also inhale steam once or twice daily. I am at a loss to understand the cause of my problem. Kindly advise.
