I am 30 married having pcod. I take telma 40 and lypaglin for high bp and cholesterol daily. My period is irregular and my prolactin e level gets high very often and then until I take cabergoline my periods won't come. Last month my doctor prescribed me to take meprate twice a day for 8 days every month and I will get my period. Is meprate a steroid and has side effects of being diabetic and getting any infection if I take meprate every month? In that case is there any alternate option of getting my period regularly without any steroid?
