I am female (20 yrs) suffering from chronic urticaria & pompholyx (eczema) in palm & sole. Urticaria is controlled on taking levocetirizine continuously but pompholyx continues to occur since march, 2021 despite taking topical clobetasol + antibiotic oint. For 2 months followed by beclometasone + antibiotic lotion for 1 month. S.ige is high (512 iu/ml). Thyroid profile- normal and lymphocyte is 49%. What should I do now to control severe itching?
