I am 25 years old male, itching started on my penis head and also a white layer is forming around the penis, I am cleaning it daily with warm water as I seen a suggestion on internet but still it was started itching and the white fungal infection is forming, this problem persist from 1 week. I have foreskin which was uncut I already face this type of situation in past where there is no itching on penis but white layer is formed and I cleaned it there is no issue but this time it was not?
