First I will suggest you to do health check up. Beside that follow these. Eat extra amount of food more frequently. Use whole cream milk or milk shake. Use weight gainer nutritional supplement which has no side effect. Add sugar with milk, yogurt. Add cream with tea/coffee. Add ghee, butter, cheese, honey, jam, jelly with food extra. Take more fish, egg, lean meat, peas, peanut, mushroom, tofu, lentil. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. Eat more nuts, seeds. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.
